Our Estimates Policy If you need a Locksmith Technician to come to your location for a Price Quote or Job Estimate, We do charge a $50.00 (non-refundable) Estimate Fee. When the job is complete we deduct the Estimate Fee from the final invoice...
We do better than price match our competitors, we match their prices and take 5% off your total invoice. Note: Competitor's prices must be verifiable by Dispatcher before Verbal Contract pricing can be accepted... (no exceptions)
Legal Ease All Verbal Contractual Work must be performed within Legal Guidelines of Law and Local Codes. Legal Occupancy/Ownership has to be established before any work can be performed. This is why a picture I.D. is required and/or legal documentation with current home and/or business address with name titled, (i.e. car registration or copy of recent utility bill) for any and all services that we provide... (no exceptions)
Sorry, we do not accept 3rd Party Checks or Credit Cards, unless Primary Party notifies Dispatch before the service is performed...
